Came on9/1030minutes before closed alleged bud tender unknowledgable onbud, rude, and threw mymoney onthe counter because she told mea new product was Hybrid which Iwas looking for but inreality itwas anindica strain. This isthe 4th time Ihave encountered arude clueless bud tender. Ihave been going toAmplify and sing nothing but praises. This ismy last time coming tothis location. So normally myperson atthe Lakewood Detroit location isMacy (or something ithink thats his name but its close) hes awesome and knows his business but Iliterally had totake mytime out tosay there was anew person Idealt with Today and her name was Jenna and not only was she sofast,polite, and knowledgeable but she help mewith ahard decision Ihad she walked methroughand explained every question Ihad (and Ihad like 10questions) she also got meto try the tintures when ive alwaysbeen 100% flowerguy. Wouldn't bea bad place ifthe product wasn't more expensive than basically everywhere else. They also make you wait outside like adog because only 1person isallowed inat atime. Ifthey lowered their prices and changed the way the place was ran itwouldn't behalfbad. But I'll bedamned ifI'm going tostand outside and wait 10+ minutes tobe let inside ofthe building. The staff was very friendly though.

Employees refused toserve mewith 3forms ofidentity (drivers liscence, passport, and medical marijuana card). Then stated itwas anew rule that they needed autility bill with myaddress onit “for their records” and that they just began doing this afew weeksago. Which isstrange because Ihad made apurchase without any hassle and only 1singlular form ofID 10days prior. Ifthey truly needed meto email autility bill they should have sent anemail out tome (I know they have myemailon file) the day the new law passed asking for the relevant documents sothat Idont have tosend anemail upon arrival holding the line upeven further than italwaysis. Terrible customer experience for aprogram that Ihave topay tobe apart ofin both time and annual registry fees. Iknow they dont care because this isnt afree market and they have nocompetetion soanything goes appatently.… – show
